Shipping and Returns Policy
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!
Our site is hosted on a SSL encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
All personal information is kept private and used exclusively to successfully process your order. To ensure discreet shipping and privacy all packages shipped from SPSecurityCameras.com will be labeled SP Security Inc. or Left blank (Blind Ship) on the outside of the shipping package.
Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!
We work hard to providing great value, convenience, and an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.
We ship our orders same day if we received it before 2pm (PST) or next day. But all orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.
- SP Security Inc. does not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
- SP Security Inc. does not offer International shipping options at this time.
- SP Security Inc. does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason. Also the items with free shipping has the shipping fee included, which will not be refunded if that item is returned.
- SP Security Inc. cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
- SP Security Inc. may take extra time to deliver online order to AK / PR / HI at this time. Please contact our sales rep for the order details.
- SP Security Inc. does not deliver to APO/FPO.
- No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- Package transition time does not include Saturday and Sunday. For example, Orders shipped on Friday for '3 Day-select' will be delivered on Wednesday (not Monday). The UPS company doesn't count Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day.
- Some of the items in your order may be delivered with one or more separate shipments on a different date. Please visit your order tracking page for more information about your packages.
- Calculated shipping charges are based on your closest branch location. Shipping charges on online orders are only valid on online orders.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Once we processed or shipped the order, we cannot cancel it. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.
We will not accept any returns without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. (YOU MUST GET A RMA) Before you return items. Please read our Return Policy page.)
We accept the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. You can also pay by Paypal. Your Credit Card charge will appear as SP Security Inc. on your credit card statement.
We don't accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Personal Check. Orders MUST be paid by following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard & Discover card.
All sales are final on Clearance Items! (NOT RETURNABLE)
** Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international customer, etc.).
WARRANTY AND RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
(As of 02/01/16)
- Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship by the manufacturer and does not cover damages resulting from normal usage or the user's negligence. Water damaged and burned circuit (due to using wrong power voltage) will not be covered by our warranty.
- 3-years limited warranty on Prime® brand products.
- 3-years limited warranty on Eyemax® brand products.
- 1-year limited warranty on Eyemax® brand PTZ Camera products.
- 1-year limited warranty on Telpix and Generic brand products.
- 1-year limited warranty on LCD's and monitors, which are limited to repairs only.
- Accessories are not covered under warranty. They are sold "as is".
- 2-years limited warranty on Q-See Products.
- 2-years limited warranty on LTS Products.
- All returns must be received by SP Security Inc. within 30 days of the purchase invoice date in order to get 100% credit (In store credit only).
- SP Security Inc. will charge a 20.0% restocking fee for all returned items for cash refund.
- In store credit is good for 6 months towards future purchase from SP Security Inc.
- Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We do not accept any Return or Exchange on Clearance Items.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Spy cameras (Hiden Cameras) are exempt from our standard return policy, and cannot be returned
- Requests for product repair or replacement will be processed in approximately 3 to 4 weeks upon SP Security Inc. receipt of the product.
- There are no advanced replacements.
- Exchange or return will not be accepted unless pre-authorize by our RMA department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be made with in 5 business days from receipt of order.
- We must receive return merchandise within 10 business days after RMA Number has been issued. Return freight charges are prepaid by customer. Collect shipments will be refused.
- SP Security Inc. will only provide an exchange for a product that (1) is in its original condition, (2) contains all accompanying parts, and (3) is unopened in its original package.
- Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition. The return item must have the original hairnet, labels, menu and tags still attached and undamaged. Items altered in any way will not be accepted. Do not mark, tape or attach anything which may cause damage to the original packaging box. Damaged packaging box will not be accepted for return. we reccomend to buy insurance for the value of the product when shipping in case something happen to it on the way, beacause you will be responsible for it.
- The repaired or replaced product will be returned to the purchaser by SP Security Inc. within US only(Except AK, HI) by UPS ground only with no exceptions. Please ensure that the return address is deliverable by UPS (P.O. Box return addresses will not be accepted).
- In the event the customer's product (delivered via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or USPS) is returned or refused by SP Security Inc., the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges without any exceptions. This also applies to all verbal and written orders.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
In the event that you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please thoroughly read the following. You must adhere to the policy below, or your request for exchange or return will be denied. In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced under warranty, or return, you must send a RMA Request and obtain a RMA number and place it outside of the box before shipping and ship the product to SP Security Inc. 1704 E Bullard Ave Fresno CA 93710 or any other address provided by SP Security Inc.
