The CMIP398PW-2SDL 8MP Panoramic Active Deterrence Turret Network Camera delivers a powerful combination of wide-area coverage and advanced security features. With an 8MP resolution (4256 × 1888) and a 180° panoramic field of view, it provides sharp, detailed imaging across large spaces, making it ideal for monitoring open areas such as parking lots, building fronts, or warehouses. Its active deterrence capabilities include a built-in strobe light and speaker that can trigger visual and audible warnings to help prevent intrusions before they occur. The camera features Smart Hybrid Light technology, combining infrared and white light for full-color night vision, along with human and vehicle detection to reduce false alarms. Equipped with a 1/2.4" CMOS sensor, 120 dB wide dynamic range (WDR), and H.265+ compression, it ensures clear imaging even in challenging lighting while minimizing bandwidth and storage use. The CMIP398PW-2SDL supports PoE power, onboard microSD storage up to 512GB, and carries an IP67 weather-resistant rating, ensuring reliable performance in demanding outdoor conditions.
